To use the web dashboard without passwords:

  1. From your phone, send the word LINK to your ward's Twilio number.
  2. Tap the link in the reply to open the dashboard.
  3. On the next screen, use Pin to home screen (or follow the short steps shown) so you can open the app from your phone like any other app—you stay signed in and rarely need a new text.

If you don't receive a link, ensure your phone number is in the authorized Users list.
